Naera Nodestone – Female Dwarf Rogue

Backstory:

Naera grew up in the Grabisco Kingdom, an area that is near the center of the continent. She was raised by her mother, as her father died in an accident as a child. Her mother taught her the ways of thieves and thieves’ guilds, and Naera picked up a lot of the basics of thievery.

When she was old enough, she left home to explore the world and learn the ways of the guild. She is a talented pickpocket, and she is even better at sneaking around. Her mother is currently the leader of the thieves’ guild in Shingledef, and she hopes to one day take her mother’s place as the guild leader.

Before she started adventuring, she was a part of the guild, and she looked after her mother. She often took jobs that required her to inspect the houses of nobles and steal the valuables she found. When her mother was killed by a rival gang, Naera gave up her life of crime… for a bit.

After grieving, she’s ready to start adventuring again, and she will take any job to make money. She’s hoping to make some money, then go back home to get revenge on the rival gang that killed her mother. Along the way, she hopes to find some adventurers that she can work with and learn from.

Personality:

Naera is a bit of a daredevil. She is not afraid of anything or anyone, and she likes to take risks. She is occasionally a bit reckless, and she sometimes gets into trouble when she is too eager to take on a challenge.

Overall, she is a kind person and tries to help those around her. She has a strong sense of loyalty, and she is willing to do anything for her friends. She is also a bit of a thief, and she enjoys taking risks and getting into mischief. She has a rebellious side, and she is often eager to start trouble.

She lets her emotions get the better of her, and she is sometimes quick to anger or to cry. However, she also likes the thrill of the hunt, and she is always hunting for the next challenge. When she finds one, she is eager to jump right in.

She is very loyal to her friends and family, and she tries to help them out whenever she can. She does not like to be rude to people, and she does not like to cause trouble for people who aren’t trying to cause trouble for her. She does not like to be bullied, though, and she is willing to stand up for herself.

Appearance:

Naera is short for a dwarf, standing at about 4’6′. She has short, black hair and brown eyes. She prefers to wear brown leather armor and a cloak that is brown on one side and black on the other. She wears a small dagger on her belt.

Start of Character:

Using her skills as a thief, Naera has set out on an adventure throughout the Grabisco Kingdom, searching for a man who knows her mother’s whereabouts.
