Description:

Ulysses Franklin a reclusive mutant cow-man, was contacted by the DOOM Patrol a year before the BIG EVENT began. He was questioned about the other mutant animals, in particular about Doctor Collin.

Authorties wanted to know about the Reverse-Mutation virus which might have the potential to save the mutants from the “Big Death”. He told the DOOM Patrol that, although he had worked with Collin on reverse-mutation, he knew very little about it.

In the end, he told the DOOM Patrol that he was not able to be of any help to them. This, of course, is a lie. Ulyssess Franklin does not trust DOOM patrol or any other organized group. As a lone cow, he’s all about his own self-interests.

Personality:

Ulysses is a kind and gentle soul. He has a great respect for the animals that he has developed a fondness for. He is a bit of a loner and a hermit. He is lonely and would like to find a mate, but he doesn’t want to be alone.

He is also very protective over the animals. He has a great love for all animals. Also, he is very determined to see that the animals don’t suffer. He has devoted his life to learning all that he can about the animals and their genetic structure.

Appearance:

He is a large humanoid cow, standing 7′ tall and weighing about 420 pounds. He has a long and thick neck, a big head, a big mouth and a big nose. He has a long and bushy tail.

His lower legs are more human-like than an ordinary cow, but his forelegs are still more cow-like. His head is well proportioned for his body size. He has black spots on his body and tail. His skin is a mixture of white and black.

Combat:

Ulysses is not a fighter and will run away when possible. He is not a very powerful being and will not stand and fight unless he has to. If cornered, he will defend him­self with his powers, or with his hooves and his horns.

He will try to be as non-threatening as possible and will allow the attacker to run away. His super intelligence enables him to construct items that help him survive in the world – and inflict damage on others when necessary.
